My mission statement is simple: Move Better to Live and Feel Better. I've spent decades traveling the world to study under and learn from some of the greatest minds and deepest spirits in martial arts, traditional medicine, and modern rehabilitation and sports performance — so that you won't have to.

Over the past decade, I've been working with a very select group of patients & clients based out of my Santa Monica, California clinic — as well as an even smaller, more exclusive group of private training clients.

While I'd love to personally provide movement coaching for everyone who needs my help around the world, technology hasn't quite caught up to that goal. It has, however, finally given me the chance to work with a select few of you who will be diligent enough to work with me to create a better-moving, better-feeling, better-performing, and better-living you.

A 60-minute one-on-one video consultation. The standard for most remote consults — the hour lets us carefully assess the issues at play and tailor-make a training or corrective-exercise program for where you are and where you want to go.

Customizable Monthly Plans

$3,000/mo

Work with me on a regular basis toward your fitness, health, or training goals. All monthly clients begin with one introductory package:

  • One 60-minute video consultation
  • One 20-minute video consultation
  • A personalized training/movement plan, tailor-made for your body & goals
  • Email support (up to 12 emails per month)

3-month commitment. 90 days is widely considered the baseline for sustainable change, so we use it as our benchmark trial period to see if we're a good fit.
